Shipping policy

Shipping information
We work with international shipping providers to deliver your order safely and reliably.
Standard shipping within Germany usually takes 6–14 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
For deliveries to Switzerland, delivery time is also usually 6–14 business days. Delays caused by customs or carriers may occur and are beyond our control.

Switzerland: In rare cases, small import or customs fees may be charged. These are not charged by us but by the carrier.

Customs and taxes (Switzerland)
Deliveries to Switzerland are made “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU).
Customs fees and Swiss import tax may be charged upon delivery and are to be paid by the recipient.

Address details & delivery
Please make sure your address details are correct and complete.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect and is returned to us, we will refund the value of the goods minus the shipping costs incurred.
Reshipping is possible on request for an additional shipping fee.

Transport damage & missing items
Please report obvious transport damage directly to the carrier and document it.
Hidden damage or missing items must be reported with photos/videos to info@neoklick.de within 48 hours of receipt.
After this period, processing may not be guaranteed.

Loss or major delay
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number.
If a parcel has not been delivered within 30 days (Germany) or 40 days (Switzerland), we will start an investigation with the shipping provider.
A refund or replacement delivery will be made once this investigation is complete or the shipping provider confirms the loss.

Returns
If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt (in accordance with the cancellation policy).

A tracking number is required for every return; without tracking we cannot accept liability.
Return shipping costs are borne by you as the buyer.
After receipt and inspection, we usually refund the purchase price within 14 business days.
