General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery conditions
We deliver exclusively by shipping to the delivery address specified in the ordering process. Self-collection is not possible.
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Delivery time is usually:
6-14 business days

Public holidays and weekends may extend the delivery time.
Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance.

Note for Switzerland: Deliveries are made “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU). Customs duties and import charges are to be paid by the recipient.

5. Prices, shipping costs, VAT
All prices are stated in euros and are final prices plus any shipping costs shown.
Note pursuant to Section 19 UStG: As a small business, we do not charge VAT.

Deliveries to Switzerland may incur additional customs and import fees, which are to be paid by the recipient.

6. Payment
The payment methods displayed at checkout are generally available. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.

PayPal
Payment via the provider PayPal.

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Your credit card is charged immediately after the order is placed.

Klarna instant bank transfer
Redirection to the provider Klarna, online banking required.

Apple Pay
Only possible with the Safari browser and Apple Pay activated.

Google Pay
Only possible with Google Pay activated.

Further payment methods may be displayed at checkout depending on availability.

7. Warranty and guarantees
7.1 The statutory liability for defects applies.
7.2 Additional guarantees only exist if they are expressly stated for the respective product.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

Note: The ODR platform will be permanently discontinued on 20.07.2025. The submission of complaints will already be discontinued on 20.03.2025.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
